Booking Information
• A $250 non-refundable deposit (included in above fees) is required by by credit card or EFT to secure your booking within 3 days of receiving the booking agreement• 75 min bookings are recommended for civil wedding ceremonies
• 90 min bookings are recommended for nuptial mass ceremonies
• Bookings beyond a 30km radius of the a city centre (Sydney / Newcastle) may incur additional fees for travel.
• Hunter Valley venues – E.G. Pokolbin, Broke & Wollombi – will incur an additional charge.
Booking Requirements
• Provide one armless chair per musician, adequate light, protection from sun, rain & wind
• include information about any sound checks, inductions, or any other activities that would require the musicians to arrive earlier than 15 minutes before the booking begins.
• For bookings 2 hours or longer musicians take 10 minute breaks each hour after the first 90 minutes. This may be timed with the DJ or during speeches
• crew meals should be provided for musicians for bookings 3.5 hours or longer
• Pay a deposit (part of the fee) by Credit Card or EFT
